Comfortable beds made our stay pleasant.
The air conditioning was a significant problem during our visit. It cycled quickly and made strange noises, disrupting our sleep. After complaining, we were moved to another room, but the air conditioning was still not ideal, leading to an uncomfortable experience overall.

Great spot for exploring Pigeon Forge!
We spent 3 nights here. Cozy two queen beds, super clean, and check-in was a breeze. The location is prime—right on the strip and walking distance to attractions. Just a heads up, the pool's way smaller than the pics. Oh, and the dining options nearby were pretty decent—definitely had some tasty breakfasts!

The reception staff provided a warm welcome, and the pool was a nice touch for the kids. However, the room cleanliness was a significant issue. there were pubic hairs and old bodily fluids on the bed. I was offered new sheets that also had hair on them, which led to a very uncomfortable experience with rude staff refusing to address my concerns properly. Leaving was a relief after such an unsettling experience.

The room was a bit outdated, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. However, the shower had some noticeable stains, and I did encounter a couple of bugs. Overall, a decent place for a quick stay, but not the best experience.
